Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, please be aware that your security deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. This policy helps us ensure that our therapists’ time is respected and that other clients have the opportunity to book available slots.

Cancellation Fee for Memberships:

For clients with memberships, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged additionally to your credit card.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend your appointment and no prior notice is given, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.
